Open System Settings > Scroll to bottom and click on Printers & Scanners > click Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax... > Two finger click the icon bar > click Customize Toolbar > Drag Advanced icon to the icon bar > Click Done > Click the Advanced icon and enter settings below

Type: Windows printer via spools
Device: Another Device
URL: smb://print.chusd.org/(Printer Name)
[Contact IT for printer name]
Name: (Printer Name)
Location: (Site and RM #)
Driver: Generic PostScript Printer
Wireless Printers
Open System Settings > Scroll to bottom and click on Printers & Scanners > click Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax... > Click IP icon and enter settings below
Settings:
Address: (Printer IP Address)
Protocol: AirPrint
Queue: [Leave Blank]
Name: (Site and RM #)
Location: IP Address
Use: [Driver should auto select] or [Generic PostScript Printer]
